Alumni Events
As Foundation Publications & Alumni Coordinator at Santa Margarita Catholic High School, I lead alumni engagement through event planning, marketing, and strategic communications. From securing venues and managing event logistics to coordinating communications and overseeing attendee experiences, I bring alumni events to life while creating meaningful opportunities for connection. My work also includes managing social media and digital content, overseeing Foundation publications, and collaborating with the Foundation, Communications team, alumni, and external partners to align messaging and execute initiatives that strengthen alumni relationships and celebrate the SMCHS community.
Role: Planned and executed alumni engagement events, including reunions, networking opportunities, and community celebrations. Managed a budget exceeding $50,000, led marketing and communications efforts, and developed content that strengthened connections within the Santa Margarita community.
Outcome: Successfully supported alumni engagement through reunions, networking events, and community-building experiences that strengthened connections between graduates and SMCHS.
