What even are all of the benefits of Amazon Prime? Most people can only name a few and that’s the problem that we were trying to solve. We came to the insight that Gen Z has grown up with unlimited options but limited headspace, leaving us too overstimulated to see what’s right in front of us. Our goal was to show how the Prime benefits that Gen Z cares about have been hidden in plain sight. A group students and I created a campaign aimed towards Gen Z that is communicated through the central theme of Hidden in Plain Sight. The executions are as follows: a new UX interface, activation, and supplemental OOH advertising.

Role: Conducted qualitative interviews, surveys, and data analytics, and translated insights into our campaign strategy
